Dutch highlights & Amsterdam in 1 day
Yesterday we had a wonderful day on our Dutch Highlights & sightseeing Amsterdam Tour. I was asked by a Dutch company to create a leisurely program for their special guests. The only thing; they had only 1 day and wanted to show them “everything” The Netherlands has to offer. That was a challenge. Of course the guests wanted to see windmills and taste Dutch delicacies. We ended up in touristy places like Volendam & the Zaanse Schans but even these places can be done with an “off the beaten track” program. We stepped on a fishing boat, tasted smoked eel, had a chat with a miller while sawing wooden beams and climbed towers in Amsterdam.
